The Symbol:
Based on the tactical symbol for infantry, the IFI symbolises unconventional thinking and irregular warfare but also a focus on solid fundamentals. It’s in no way a political or religious symbol which was of utter importance to us. We want to support our target audience of unconventional military thinkers and tacticians as well as responsible citizens with that design.
The construction:
The base layer is milspec IR reflective tape which can be seen under night vision devices when illuminated by IR light. The upper layer is a Cordura fabric in common signal colors.
