Medics operate in various environments and settings, from urban operations while wearing heavy body armor to missions in the tropics with lightweight kit. In order to allow the medic for comfort in any of these environments, the Lazarus Medic Assault Pack features a modular back padding system. When needed, the medic can remove the back padding and run the pack slick, which offers better stability and a lower profile on plate carriers and armor vests.
When carrying the pack directly on the body, the medic can easily supplement the back of the pack with padding straps that greatly enhance comfort and ventilation for prolonged wear.
